Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
This course has been designed for participants who want to learn, be certified and apply Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt principles at their workplace. Lean Six Sigma is an industry standard tool for improving product quality, customer service and costs. Participants could be any member of the organisation wanting to increase their awareness of the lean six sigma process. Participants will learn about the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma. This training is accredited by APMG International in partnership with LSSA or Lean Six Sigma Academy.
After successful completion of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt you will be able to competently apply basic Lean Sigma tools at work. Be able to demonstrate awareness of the basics of lean Six Sigma and Be able to be part of several Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.

Exam: Theory exam
Exam venue: Online
Study time: It usually takes a minimum of 21 hours to prepare for the exam.
NQF equivalent: Level 5, which equates to a Higher National Certificate.
