What is PRINCE2 Agile?

Even prior to PRINCE2 Agile becoming an official accredited course in 2015 many project teams were using a hybrid of PRINCE2 and Agile to improve project outcomes.

While PRINCE2 or Agile are highly effective when used on their own, they combine to create a winning formula. PRINCE2 Agile project management blends two styles. While PRINCE2 emphasises strategy and high-level decision making, Agile emphasises speed, agility, and benefits realisation. PRINCE2 Agile is based on Agile practices and the concepts of PRINCE2. It could even be described as an Agile version of PRINCE2.

This qualification is internationally recognised and is awarded by PeopleCert. Passing the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation exam is a prerequisite for studying the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course.
