Change Management Foundation

Change in an organisation is unavoidable and when it does occur, it needs to be managed effectively. This Change Management Foundation course will familiarise you with the various approaches and techniques that can be used to prepare your organisation and its employees for successful change.

What does this qualification cover?

This course covers the process of organisational change, the roles that are needed to achieve successful change, how individuals in the organisation react to change and how they need to be supported throughout the process of change.

Who can take this qualification?

This Change Management Foundation course has no prerequisites. In order to achieve your Change Management Foundation certification, you will need to study the Change Management Foundation course and pass the official Change Management Foundation exam. This qualification is internationally recognised and is awarded by APMG International.

Qualification equivalent

This qualification is NQF Level 5, which equates to a Higher National Certificate.

What could this qualification lead to?

Upon successful completion of this course, you will have gained the knowledge to implement the techniques that will ensure a smooth transition during change initiatives, while providing full support where it is needed.
